NOTICE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING FOR CLIENTS
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act ("Official Gazette of the RS", No. 87/2018, "the Law"), and fulfilling our duty as the controller of your personal data, we provide you with this notice of personal data processing
1. Relevant Entity Information
The controller of your personal data is HOTEL RADMILOVAC MARIJA PAVLOVIC PR, an entrepreneur based at Smederevski put 1, registered with the Business Registers Agency of the Republic of Serbia under registration number 53152970, VAT ID 106044777, email: info@radmilovac.com, phone: 0113416131 (hereinafter referred to as "the Controller"). The data protection officer at the Employer is Helena Pavlović, phone: 0113416131, helena@radmilovac.com.
2.Purpose of the intended processing of your personal data
The Controller intends to process your personal data for the following purposes:
1) Conclusion and execution of event organization contracts
2) Administration and billing of performed catering services for which personal data are necessary
3) Administration and execution of accommodation agreements
4) Administration for the purposes of fulfilling the requirements of the law and other applicable positive regulations governing the hospitality industry
5) Sending offers
6) For the purposes of improving and personalizing the services
7) For the purposes of direct marketing
3. Legal basis for processing your personal data
In accordance with the Law, the legal bases for processing your personal data are as follows:
1) Execution of an accommodation contract or another contract related to event organization that the Controller has concluded with you, or undertaking actions at your request prior to concluding an accommodation contract or another contract related to event organization and execution of services
2) The legal basis for collecting and processing personal data is the service provision contract of accommodation concluded with guests, and the mandatory data necessary for providing this type of service as prescribed by the Hospitality Law (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 17/2019) and other laws governing the field of hospitality services.
4.Categories of your personal data that the Controller processes
During the duration of your contract or stay, the Controller processes your personal data that are directly or indirectly related to your contract.. The Controller obtains your personal data directly from you or from publicly available sources in the case of legal entities.
The Controller processes your personal data when it is prescribed by specific laws, primarily the Hospitality Law ("Official Gazette of the RS", No. 17/2019).
The Controller processes the following categories of your personal data:
1) Name and surname;
2) Date of birth;
3) Gender;
4) Unique personal identification number (JMBG); 5) Information on the type of travel document;
6) Information on the place and date of entry into the country (for foreign citizens or citizens of Serbia residing abroad);
7) Number or copy of ID card and/or number copy of passport;
8) Date of issuance of the travel document; 9) Nationality;
10) Address of permanent residence and/ or habitual abode
11) Private email address;
5.Recipients of your personal data
The Controller will take all necessary measures prescribed by the applicable regulations to protect your personal data during their disclosure and storage with recipients.
The Controller may make your personal data available to third parties, such as state bodies, companies providing services to the Controller, e.g., marketing service
6.Transfer of your personal data abroad
The Controller may decide to transfer your personal data outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia. If it opts to do so, for appropriate protection of your personal data, the data will be transferred to countries that are members of the Council of Europe Convention for the protection of individuals with regard to automatic processing of personal data, or to countries to which the European Commission has granted the status of providing an adequate level of personal data protection, or the Controller will use standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission or the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.
7.Retention period of your personal data
In all cases where retention periods for personal data are not determined by regulations, the Controller will retain your personal data in accordance with its internal policy, respecting the principles of proportionality and limited retention of personal data.
In the event of a legal proceeding between you and the Controller after the termination of your accommodation contract or contract for the organization of events or engagement outside the aforementioned contracts, your personal data will be retained until the legal proceeding is conclusively resolved.
8.Your rights under the Law
In accordance with the Act, you have the right to request from the Controller access, correction, deletion, and restriction of processing of your personal data. Additionally, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, as well as to request the downloading or transfer in a machine-readable format of your personal data that you have provided to the Employer, to another organization (the so-called right to data portability). Finally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia if you believe that your rights to personal data protection have been violated or if you have suffered damage as a result of unlawful processing of your personal data.
9.Language of the Notice
This Notice is prepared in a bilingual form, in Serbian and English. In case of inconsistencies between these two versions, the Serbian version shall prevail.
